I. General Customer ordering any service offered by Av-Streaming Company automatically accepts Terms of Services. The Company provides a 99.5% uptime guarantee on all servers. The Customer is obliged to input real, accurate and current personal information in the registration form. The Customer is obliged to notify Company about all known cases of abuse on the server. Abusing the service may cause the service to be blocked or removed without the possibility to refund. The Customer is obliged not to harm the interests of the Company. The Company does not carry the responsibility for damages resulting from user's incompetence. The Company stores all the Customer's informations, including IP addresses. II. Privacy Police The Customer's personal information, which the Customer have put in the registration form are treated as confidential and may be used only by the Company. The Company does not share the Customer's personal information with the third parties. The Company does not share/sell the Customer's personal information for the marketing purposes. III. Streaming, Content and Copyright The Company does not carry the responsibility for the content transmitted by the Customers. The Customer is obliged to observe the Bitrate limit. Otherwise, the server will be suspended by the WHMSonic system. Uploading files that are not music files, for example .rar, .zip, .exe may cause in suspension, terminaton or re-installation of the account without informing the Customer. If the Customer collects illegal files on the FTP server, their account will be deleted immediately. IV. General of Service The Operator undertakes to provide services of the highest quality. If the Company needs to make a technical break, all Customers will get an e-mail earlier. The Company undertakes to protect the Customer's server from DDoS attacks. The Customer can upgrade/downgrade the Customer's service at any time. V. Account Billing & Payments One e-mail address can be assigned to only one account. The Customer agrees to receive invoices electronically. The company does not carry the responsibility for damages caused by: physical failure of the primary server, abnormal Customer usage, AutoDJ failure due to invalid files in the playlist. VI. Suspension & Termination of service When the Customer did not pay for the invoice, the service will be automatically suspended after 3 days. When the Customer did not pay for the invoice, the service will be automatically and irrevocably deleted after 15 days. When the Customer submitted the Cancellation Request - immediately, the service will be automatically and irrevocably deleted within 24 hours of the resignation. When the Customer submitted the Cancellation Request - End of Billing Period, the service will be automatically and irrevocably deleted according to the date of termination period. VI. Backup and Data Loss The Company does not carry the responsibility for losing files on the Customer's server. The Company does not make backup of files on the Customer's server.

It can be used by radio stations or end users, to bring audio or video content to an internet audience. SHOUTcast uses mp3 (MPEG Layer 3) technology for audio delivery and NSV for audio/video delivery. II. Is SHOUTcast compatible with SAM Broadcaster? Yes, SHOUTcast Servers are fully compatible with SAM. III. Can I stream video through SHOUTcast? Yes, you can stream video to our SHOUTcast Servers, as long as you have a bandwidth based plan. Video streaming requires the download of NSV tools. IV. What is FTP? The File Transfer Protocol (FTP) is a standard network protocol used to transfer computer files from one host to another host. V. What is AutoDj? Auto DJ is a Source or Content Delivery System for SHOUTcast servers. It allows you to keep your SHOUTcast server online 24/7 without having to run a source (eg Winamp or SAM Broadcaster) from your computer. VI. How do I broadcast to your SHOUTcast Servers? Broadcasting to our SHOUTcast hosting servers it not difficult at all. You will first have to have a compatible player and the SHOUTcast DSP plug in installed on your computer. Once the plug in is installed, you will configure it to use an IP address we assign to you and a username and password to connect. The live content that you play is streamed to our servers, and available for others to connect and listen to. VII. Do your SHOUTcast servers have a static IP? Yes, all accounts have static IPs. VIII. How do listeners tune in to SHOUTcast broadcasts? By using a media player compatible with streaming MP3 audio. Recommended players are: Winamp for Windows. Audion for Mac. IX. What does Bitrate mean? The bitrate simply refers to the audio quality of the stream, this is measured in computer terms in "kbps – kilo bits per second" or "k" for short. X. What methods of payment do you accept?
